By the time many of you will get this mailing it will already be January 2010. Some will be basking in the warmth and sunshine, whilst others will be trying to avoid the cold and snow. Wherever you are I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy New Year and may 2010 be a very Blessed and Prosperous Year for you.
Many people have been asking if we could help market their book, sell items for them or find specific items. The problem was that we were just not structured enough in that regard. So, after much careful thought, we have now come up with what we believe is a way that we can provide a service to the entire Southern African Community

We have totally updated and revamped the Trading Site at www.proteatrading.com and have almost 1,000 items ready on the site with a lot more to come in the days ahead. The site is open to anyone to register as a seller and sell their books etc. for FREE !
There are item available in Auction format, in a Buy Now format, or Make an Offer. Forget eBay we now have Protea Trading !!
We invite you to visit the site, browse the items that are there already, come back regularly and see what's been added, or - try your hand at selling, or post a wanted advertisement for that special something you are looking for. Latest News from Zimbabwe
Memories of Rhodesia is committed to supporting those old-age pensioners that are economic prisoners in Zimbabwe. 10% of our revenue goes to this cause. Working with Hope Unlimited, an established Christian organization, 100% of all monies are channeled through them. The funds are then donated to SOAP, which is doing a great job caring for the aged. The reports we get back from Zimbabwe are extremely encouraging, knowing that we (and that includes you) have kept some of our dear old folk alive.
PLEASE REMEMBER THE PENSIONERS AT THIS TIME. NO GIFT IS TOO SMALL.
