(Not to be confused with Westminster Cathedral, Victoria).

Carr Hill Road, beyond the picturesque NGK (Dutch Reform) Church which overlooks Maynardville Park.

On the town side of Victoria Hospital and the Military Hospitals and on the mountain side of the road named as Alphens Hill, Trovato Link. Pretty much on Wynberg Hill, below the M3
Directions are as above for Wynberg. More precisely, at the top of but all access comes from the Wynberg side via St Johns Road.
